Return Status

I sent back my external hard drive that is still under warranty status. I know that the package has been delivered to Seagate. I had track and confirm on my package and it was delivered 4 days ago at 9:08am. Why does my warranty status with Seagate still read package not recieved??

Its only a week

It wil take them over a week to respond to anything and then U will need to have written so many emails, gone to the chat, tried a calling the phone support and all without an answer.

 

So think yourself lucky it only been a week so far.

 

Give it at least a month, before U can find anyone.

 

I have got to a point that I dont think they employ more than a couple of staff and they wouldnt have a clue about service let alone giving support.

Advanced Replacement is just as bad

They are supposed to ship in 3 business days.  This the end of the 3rd FULL business day and they have still not shipped.  From reading on these forums it looks like their support and warranty provisions really stink.
