I think there's a problem with your system. When I get to the final page, I see an order confirmation page. But on that page, there's a space for Order Number...however, there is no number assigned.
I'm having the "The add product function is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." error as well, after submitting the two drives' numbers and seeing that they are under warrenty.
