Seagate Service and Support are very poor

 

I have my RMA from 20 August and since, I will answer technical service with over 15,000 units with failure in europe and that they only have 5000 units to change, the shipping details in 3 to 7 days, not 70-80 days, I will not sell seagate to my clients, not on your word
for anyone who wants to see the rma is the number 1002200656, is shame.

After 80 days from shipment, Seagate sent me a mail that I send only 3 of the 11 hard drives, at this rate have all changed in June 2010,

curious that 80 days to send me my HD, and 4 days since I opened this post, my HD are returned, that rare and curious how people work.
