Seagate Service and Support are very poor
I have my RMA from 20 August and since, I will answer technical service with over 15,000 units with failure in europe and that they only have 5000 units to change, the shipping details in 3 to 7 days, not 70-80 days, I will not sell seagate to my clients, not on your word
