UK Tech Number

I am wondering where the UK Tech support telephone number is? only this website is the most baffling site I have ever had the privalige to use.

 

I ask this as I cannot use the Seagate Tools as my system will not even go past the BIOS logo page with the failed Barracuda drive in,so on my RMA I cannot add a code.
