I find I am unable to submit any form of support request for my BlackArmor 440 NAS device.
I enter Network Storgae in the first box in the form and the second box has one option: "None". This is flagged as an error when submitting the form.
I really am disappointed that Seagate have not got this right at present. What is the point of the most sophisticated support system if the users cannot use it. It is more akin to 'Dogbert's Tech support'.
Please can you fix it so I can get support for a NAs Drive which is reporting a failed Sensor or failed Fan.
Please could someone from Tec Support tell me how I can get support for this device!

Best of luck getting support.
Dont worry about trying to submit the problem via the webpage.. Emails to tech support dont work.. After a month I havent managed to resolve my issue
Your best way to do is try the chat.. You at least get to chat to someone.. It wont fix your problem but at least your have got to contact someone.
