However I don't get a recaptcha box on the warranty validation page. Any suggestions as all the help pages are useless and get me nowhere. How do I check warranty and submit? There is noway to contact Seagate customer support.

Well, there is a way to contact Support - to contact Customer Service directly whether by phone, email, or chat.

I want to ask about the Seagate warranty service. Many people says that the "Certified Repaired HDD" broke down again after 2-3 months of repairing. Is this true, or is nothing else that a rumour?
