You stinking say we have 30 days phone support, but after you confirm my #s, you don't stinking provide a stupid phone number. I'm so ticked how you're wasting my time. This is inexcusable!!!!!
Takes for ever to figure anything out on your stupid site!!

One of the worst of any company I've dealt with. Will never, ever buy another one of their products. If you are reading this, trust me, you will regret it if you buy one. Inferior product and lack of customer service.

Answer the question, please, or don't waste our time with your post. The link you cite sends a user in endless circles! If Seagate does not have a technical support phone number, just say so!
Because you sure can't find one on your web site.

Its nearly impossible to find a phone number on this site. Additionally, the structure of this site is terrible. I can't find the answer to anything I'm looking for. Not to mention that all of yor products sound the same, Freeagent, goflex, goflex ultra portable, goflex portable ultra, goflex pro ultra portable??????? Are you kidding me? How are we supposed to figure out which is which? Your videos are terrible too!! and the Hard drive I purchased crashed twice and I barely use it.
I don't understand how you guys have such good ratings for your products, it's a mystery to me!!. And from the looks of it, you guys don't respond to these forums very often either. This just confirms the terrible service some of us are experiencing.
There, I vented!!! I still don't feel better but if I can just save one person from the this headache, I'll feel much better. You suck Seagate!!
Prove me wrong!!!!

I can certainly understand your frustration, but please remember that this is an online community where many of the responses come from other users, such as yourself. The forum is not a replacement for Customer Service. Seagate representative do from time to time come to lend a hand answering posts but not necessarily on a continual or frequent basis. If you have immediate needs, your best bet is to contact Customer Service directly whether by phone, email, chat, Twitter or Facebook.
