I had an old seagate account, however have changed my email address, when I logged on to get support in the forums; I then attempted to log on in the segate 'my account' area, and the message 'missing description' continued to appear, even though a desciription was given. Now I have set up a new forum account, does anyone know how I can merge these (accounts)?

Thanks for the prompt response. the new account username is 'lethal42'. The original one (with the 'problem' is 'lethal1'.
