Seagate Website and Community Feedback

Hi,

I had an old seagate account, however have changed my email address, when I logged on to get support in the forums; I then attempted to log on in the segate 'my account' area, and the message 'missing description' continued to appear, even though a desciription was given. Now I have set up a  new forum account, does anyone know how I can merge these (accounts)?

Thanks for the prompt response. the new account username is 'lethal42'. The original one (with the 'problem' is 'lethal1'.

The two email accounts (so you can verify) are:

The verdict is that there is no way to merge these accounts for you.  I recommend that you continue using the account that works for you now.  Many apologies.
