Greetings everyone!
It is my pleasure to introduce AskTheLeaf, the newest member of the Seagate Forum team.
AskTheLeaf is a longtime member of Seagate Technical Support and has significant experience with a wide range of products, moreso than myself, which is a good thing.
She will be taking over as the main Community Forum Manager whereas I will be moving into a more Administrator role.
She and I actually were hired at Seagate within one day of each other, and both worked the nighttime European support shift (1am-10am Central time) for a year or more.
Please make her feel welcome, and she in turn will do her best to help you with your questions, concerns, and comments. For my part, I appreciate the time that I've spent here on the Forum and all the challenges and joys it has included. Thanks for the help you have extended to me and to other users, and here's to many more years of open communication!
